Ordered something and paid for it by creditcard, more than 30 days later no good, no refund and some quite rude e-mail responses to my attempts to get my goods or a efund.

Cancelled an order with them within hours of ordering. No response until 3 days later to say item was shipped. Emailed them again and they just said send back by return so item cost £1.00 + £2.99 postage. Now they expect me to pay postage back to get a refund of...more
